Meet The Team
Greg Jordan
Principal Director
Greg leads the team as Principal Director and project co ordinator, and brings 35 + years experience in community projects, working with people from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds to the table. A skilled communicator and action taker, Greg has initiated various well being focused community projects in this time here and abroad including building dwellings out of earth and recycled materials in the favela’s of South America, and positive mental health focused music projects. He now combines his passion for working with people and creating and maintaining partnerships, with property development.
Bob Andersen
Property advisor
Bob is a member of a select group of Australian property developers who has been involved in over $1 billion in successful development projects over the last three decades, and still counting.
These developments include high-rise apartment buildings, high-rise CBD office buildings, shopping centres, retirement complexes, resorts, student accommodation complexes, land subdivisions, spec houses, and townhouses. Bob brings over 38 years experience to the team. His role is to oversee and advise on all projects.
